The Payroll Associate is vital for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with laws and company policies. This role involves calculating wages, withholding taxes, and preparing paychecks. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and department heads to maintain accurate payroll records.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of payroll processing or general accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with payroll systems is a plus.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered.
