Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Online Chat Booking Agent to join our team at Manila HiresPH. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, addressing questions and complaints using established scripts and procedures. You will gather information, resolve queries, and log customer interactions effectively.
Your responsibilities include informing clients about available services and understanding their needs to provide timely solutions.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month, along with various benefits such as health and life insurance, flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for promotion.
