Job Description
Richwell Phils. Inc. is seeking a dedicated Graduate of any 4-year Computer Degree to join our team as an Office Admin Encoder. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel and GSuite, with an e-commerce background.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage online inventory and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Handle brand/product channel management.
- Perform data encoding and basic filing tasks.
- Edit photos using Photoshop and Canva.
- Ensure high data accuracy and manage confidential information.
This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits. Work hours are 8-hour day shifts.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
