Job Description

PMC Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our in-house team. This position involves supporting customers from Australia and New Zealand by handling both inbound and outbound calls. You will assist with inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues promptly to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities: Handle calls professionally, resolve concerns, document interactions, collaborate with teams, and maintain high satisfaction standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in customer service (1+ year with AU/NZ customers), excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and willingness to work onsite.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php40,00.00/month
