Job Description

Overall Purpose: Provide administrative and basic project management support, including tracking project resources, on/off boarding, and project metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Administer resource management processes and facilitate coordination.
- Track activities to timely completion, engaging with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO-related experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Data analysis experience is a plus.
