Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join Gastronova Hospitality Group. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. Strong communication skills and a pleasing personality are essential.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, training staff, managing scheduling, providing exceptional customer service, and handling inventory. You will also prepare daily sales reports and maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
This full-time position requires working in BGC, with the ability to start as soon as possible. Benefits include promotion opportunities, paid training, and staff meals.
