APL Logistics is seeking a dedicated and experienced GBS Operations Supervisor to lead our Operations team. This role involves providing guidance and leadership to team leaders and members to meet customer and business objectives through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will implement and oversee the execution of operational processes that enhance productivity, timeliness, and quality. Additionally, you will monitor team methods, assess performance, and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
This position reports directly to the Global Business Services – Operations Manager.
