Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Airline Ticket Booking Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team at Teleservices Jobs Pro PH. If you have a passion for customer service and possess excellent written English communication skills, this is the opportunity for you!
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (K-12 or Old Curriculum).
- Minimum of 6 months BPO or relevant customer service experience (non-voice experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules (weekends off).
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: Php20,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month.
- Weekends off (Monday to Friday schedule).
