Job Description
Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. is seeking a qualified Assistant Store Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the store. You will ensure maximum sales and profitability through excellent customer service, effective inventory management, strategic marketing, controlling operating costs, and fostering people development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Timely and effective implementation of promotional activations and launches.
- Enhance customer loyalty by communicating customer insights to the Head Office.
- Ensure compliance and audit of all promotional executions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of managerial experience in retail or fast food.
