Job Description
Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Store Officer in Charge to oversee the daily operations of our Department Store. This role is crucial for ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service and developing effective business strategies for competitive success.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) years course, preferably in business.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail or fast food in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of store management and operations.
