Job Description
Join our dynamic Operations team at Shopee in Manila, Philippines! As an Operations Hub Lead, you will oversee daily hub operations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for leading team briefings, conducting assessments, and driving continuous improvement in key performance indicators. Your expertise in the logistics and supply chain industry will be vital as you implement process improvement initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 4 years of experience in supply chain & logistics, and previous leadership experience.
