Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Office Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering calls, and assisting guests with inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining the front office environment and ensuring it meets our high standards.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
