Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Compensation and Benefits Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing employee compensation structures and benefits programs.
Your primary duties will include conducting salary surveys, reviewing compensation policies, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will also work closely with HR team members to design and implement benefits programs that support employee well-being and retention.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities. A degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
