Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Drive the achievement of Sell Out, Reach, Range, and Execution objectives for the assigned territory through effective management of distributor sales operations and deployment of merchandising teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the distributor sales leadership team in creating the annual territory business plan.
- Achieve execution standards through operations reviews.
- Drive profitable growth for key distributor customers.
- Support Category and Channel Plans.
- Enhance distributor sales operations through training and coaching.
