Job Description
We are seeking an Instructor Associate Manager to join our team at Accenture. This hybrid role involves operational training end-to-end planning, execution, and management for onboarding associates and team leads. You will implement evaluation metrics to measure training effectiveness, facilitate up-skilling and continuous education programs, and analyze performance trends to drive improvements.
This position requires at least 7 years of overall work experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience. A college degree is mandatory, and while contact center training experience is preferred, it is not essential.
