Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job: The Field Sales Manager will drive the achievement of Sell Out, Reach, Range and Execution objectives for the assigned territory through effective management and development of distributor sales operations and deployment of merchandising teams.
Key Responsibilities include leading the distributor sales leadership team in creating annual business plans, achieving high execution standards, driving profitable growth for key customers, and supporting the development of Category and Channel Plans. The role involves training and coaching distributor sales teams on Territory Development and In Call Execution.
