Job Description
Eclerx is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Collections Specialist. In this role, team members will be responsible for making phone calls to customers regarding past due invoices. Previous experience in collections is beneficial as it will aid in effective communication and resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to discuss outstanding invoices.
- Demonstrate effective collection strategies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Collections.
- Willingness to work a fixed night shift and during public holidays.
- Able to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa once office operations resume (currently remote).
