Job Description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dedicated OTC Accounting Assistant responsible for handling customer queries and ensuring timely responses to incoming requests.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor data.
- Issue Intercompany and Adhoc Billing.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and clear incoming payments.
- Post and clear customer payments appropriately.
- Analyze outstanding receipts and follow up with local counterparts.
- Manage order requests from contract creation to billing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business.
- 1-2 years of experience in order to cash processes.
- Team player with a pleasing personality.
- Experience in a BPO/SSC is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is preferred.
