Job Description
Orbit-Teleservices is seeking experienced Online Assistants to enhance our Hotel Reservation team. You will assist customers via chat and email with hotel bookings, changes, and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservation inquiries and confirmations.
- Provide accurate information about room availability and pricing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in written communications.
- Update customer information in internal systems.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate.
- 6 months of BPO or relevant experience.
- Excellent written English skills.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
