Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues according to client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- No prior BPO experience required.
- Must be a High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php 28,00.00 per month
