Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues based on Client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
- No BPO experience required.
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize.
