Job Description
MINDSYNC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated and motivated Café Manager to oversee daily operations. In this role, you will ensure a smooth workflow, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain efficient team performance. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising baristas and kitchen personnel, monitoring inventory, and implementing quality control measures.
The Café Manager will also handle budgeting, sales tracking, and promote activities to achieve business targets while fostering a welcoming and customer-friendly atmosphere.

Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
