Location: Upper McKinley Hill, Taguig City, Metro Manila
Experience: 1-3 years in IT Help Desk
Education: High School
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support via calls, emails, and tickets.
- Troubleshoot wireless access points, printers, EMR, Adobe, HR apps, and more.
- Maintain and contribute to our knowledge base.
- Deliver clear remote troubleshooting and guidance.
Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of service desk support experience in BPO industry.
- Hands-on with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
