Job Description
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Center Agent to join our dynamic team. Located in the Taguig business district, our hotel features 576 guestrooms and residences. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to guests, handle reservations, and collaborate with various departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
We prefer candidates with a degree in Hospitality and at least one year of experience. Passion for service and strong organizational skills are essential. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
