Job Description
Join our team at Eclerx as a Talent Acquisition Analyst. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. You should have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment. Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is essential.
