About the Role:
HR TechX Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment experience in technical hiring. You will connect top tech talent with opportunities while managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for technical roles
- Source and engage candidates
- Partner with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
- 1+ year of recruitment experience
- Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00 – Php26,00/month
