Job Description
The Emmanuel Medical and Diagnostic Center is seeking a qualified Medical Records Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Encoding and collating medical records.
- Reviewing records for accuracy and compliance.
- Coding patient data using standard classification systems.
- Printing results and sending reports.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month

Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure
