Job Description
Foton Motor Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Warranty Encoder to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Warranty Section in processing warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Encode and process warranty claims using the Foton International System.
- Document approved and disapproved claims and prepare regular warranty reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors and technical staff regarding warranty concerns.
