Job Description
Main Purpose of the job:
Develop new products and implement product-related innovations and renovations in an industrial context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize product development by overseeing the implementation of compliant formulas with the Central Recipe Management Team, managing industrial trials, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Evaluate and adjust factory recipes based on product analysis for compliance, leading raw material specifications for infant formula and coordinating compliance issues across departments.
- Identify and lead process improvements to reduce operational costs, enhance product quality and safety, while providing technical support and training within the manufacturing department.
