Join the Operations team at Shopee, where you will oversee the end-to-end operational process, from product searches to delivery. We are looking for an experienced individual to lead initiatives, monitor KPIs, and drive project performance. Your role will involve analyzing business development efforts, negotiating with service providers, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our operational capabilities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent, 1+ year experience in project management, proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, and strong communication skills in English and Filipino. Willingness to travel locally and to be assigned in Visayas regions is essential.
