Job Description
Join the Operations team at Shopee, one of the leading e-commerce platforms in the Philippines, as an Expansion PIC based in the Visayas Region. This role involves managing the operational end-to-end processes and enhancing our service capabilities. You will conduct feasibility analyses for initiatives, prepare detailed project plans, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 1 year of experience in business development or project management, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication abilities in English and Filipino. Willingness to travel locally is essential.
