Job Description
Marivent Hotels and Resorts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Billing and Collections Specialist to join our finance team. This role is key in preparing invoices, monitoring receivables, and ensuring timely collection of payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor client invoices.
- Track accounts receivable and manage outstanding balances.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing discrepancies.
- Assist in reconciling records and preparing financial reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
