Job Description

Location: Makati City, Philippines
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm (PHT)
Work Setup: Initial onsite for 1 month, then Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
Job Description:
- Source, pre-screen, and interview candidates for IT and non-IT roles.
- Post job ads and endorse qualified candidates.
- Conduct New Employee Orientation and administer exams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience.
- HRIS/VMS systems experience and excellent communication skills.
