Job Description

Afni Philippines is seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team at Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City (One Felicity Center). In this role, you will leverage your customer interaction skills to provide outstanding service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 months of BPO experience in an international account.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills (conversational, confident, spontaneous).
  • Excellent comprehension and learning agility.
  • Able to work in a paperless environment while adhering to information security protocols.
  • NBI clearance required before the start date.
