Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job:

We seek a talented Field Sales Manager to drive the achievement of Sell Out, Reach, Range, and Execution objectives in the Bicol territory. You will manage and develop distributor sales operations while coordinating merchandising teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of the annual territory business plan (ICP).
• Facilitate operational plans to meet distribution goals.
• Achieve quality sales through actionable insights.
• Coach key customers on the Nestlé Way of Selling.
