Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Representative II to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy in invoice processing and payment processing.

You will liaise with vendors, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and a minimum of 3 years experience in accounts payable are preferred. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
