- Liaise between customer service representatives and Customer Service Officer.
- Facilitate requirements for customer complaints/incident follow-through and resolution.
- Compile reports on customer feedback.
- Assist in monitoring customer service products.
- Supervise customer service representatives during events.
- Perform clerical work, including preparing contracts.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business or Communications.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
