Job Description
Triplex Enterprises Inc, one of the largest paper converters in the Philippines, is seeking an Assistant Production Head. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will assist with various administrative tasks including managing production schedules and timesheets. Your responsibilities will include appointing labor, preparing cost estimates, overseeing quality control, and ensuring timely production completion.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or associate degree in production or operations management, with relevant experience preferred. Strong analytical, supervisory, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in procurement systems. Availability for extended hours to meet deadlines is also required.
