Job Description
Join Nestlé as a Field Sales Manager responsible for driving sales objectives in the Batangas territory. You will manage and develop distributor sales operations, ensuring optimal performance through effective merchandising teams.
Location: Batangas, South Luzon
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead distributor sales teams in creating annual business plans.
- Drive execution and quality sales standards through operational reviews.
- Support distributor customer management for profitable growth.
- Provide insights on Category and Channel Plans.
- Enhance distributor sales operations with training and coaching.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing Distributor partners.
- FMCG industry experience preferred in South Luzon.
