Job Description
Join our team at RC as a Chat & Email Support representative! We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience, excellent typing skills (40 WPM required), and great written communication skills.
Applicants should be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, as customer support is our priority. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, empathy, and the ability to manage stress effectively.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php23,00.00 to Php26,00.00 per month, along with paid training.
