Job Description
Job Summary:
The Accounting Staff – AR is responsible for providing financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate accounting support related to payment processing.
Qualifications:
- Maintain up-to-date billing statements.
- Prepare deposits for all collections of checks and cash.
- Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities within deadlines.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments and irregularities.
- Perform follow-ups on collections.
- Execute other job-related duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Applicants should be graduates of Accountancy/Banking & Finance with in-depth knowledge of AP/AR and general accounting. Proficiency in MS applications and accounting software is required.
