Job Description
Pelicen Inc. is looking for a dedicated Retention Manager to manage client accounts and boost retention rates. Responsibilities include maintaining client status, upselling services, and educating clients on effective strategies. The Retention Manager will work closely with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and keep clients informed about market trends.
Duties: Manage client accounts, promote account strength, upsell services, educate clients, implement retention strategies, coordinate with sales teams, and update clients on market trends.
Qualifications: Minimum 6 months in customer success, strong analytical and communication skills, sales experience is essential, knowledge of Forex, CFDs, and Commodities.
