Job Description
Shopee is seeking a skilled Returns & Refunds Analytics Specialist to join our Operations team in Manila, Philippines. This role involves optimizing our operations by developing reports, analyzing KPIs, and identifying automation opportunities.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has at least one year of experience, and is proficient in SQL, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and project management skills are essential. Familiarity with Python is a plus.
