Job Description
Join our Operations team at Shopee, located in Manila, Philippines, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our Chatbot. Your responsibilities will include developing solutions, conducting user experience analysis, performing UATs, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify risks and dependencies. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in management engineering, industrial engineering, or business who have at least 3 years of total work experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, with a preference for those experienced in AI or programming.
