Job Description
As a Record to Report Operations Associate Manager, you will lead a team responsible for intercompany accounting, fixed assets, lease accounting, and more. You will ensure month-end readiness, maintain integrity of balance sheet transactions, and align with senior management directives.
Your ability to identify process complexities and flag risks to stakeholders is critical. Building relationships and liaising with cross-functional teams will be essential for success in this role. Familiarity with automation and data analytics tools is preferred.
