Job Description

Accenture is seeking a Record to Report Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide financial accounting support, especially during period-end close of the General Ledger, while ensuring financial control and conducting account reconciliations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, 5-7 years in Record to Report, and 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong communication skills are essential. Candidates should be willing to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or opt for full remote work and night shifts.

Preferred skills: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle).
