Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Researcher (B2B) to design and lead market research initiatives, synthesize insights for product and GTM strategies, manage research teams and vendor partners, and present findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in B2B research, strong qualitative and quantitative skills, experience with customer interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and proficiency in analytics tools. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-mapping abilities are required. You will define research roadmaps, ensure rigorous methodologies, mentor junior researchers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive commercial growth.
