Job Description
Responsible and accountable for overall boutique performance and daily operations, ensuring sales targets, exceptional customer service, efficient merchandise stocking, staff management, and on-floor training follow-through. The role requires a proactive leader who monitors KPIs, coaches team members, maintains visual and inventory standards, and provides excellent customer relations. Qualifications: four-year degree; minimum five years in a similar or related field; strong customer relations skills; willingness to work weekends and holidays. Job Type: Full-time. Education: Bachelor’s preferred. Experience: Store management experience (2 years preferred). Work Location: In person at Stores Specialists, Inc.
