Job Description
ActivAsia Inc. seeks a Field Merchandising Supervisor to lead and coach refillers and ensure adherence to client merchandising guidelines including shelf facing, product arrangement, POP installation, stock rotation, pricing, and inventory reporting. You will set performance standards to drive productivity, minimize absences and tardiness, evaluate and replace underperforming refillers, submit timely trade inventory, price surveys and ad-hoc reports, coordinate merchandising across accounts, and maintain professional relationships with account supervisors and managers. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person. Expected Start Date: 07/14/2025.
