Job Description
Fast Play Leisure seeks a CRM Manager to design and run CRM campaigns to boost engagement, retention and revenue in online gaming. You will analyze customer data for segmentation and personalization; manage automated campaigns end-to-end; work with Market Leaders and Affiliate Marketing; train customer service on CRM tools; assess service experience; spot sales opportunities; and report customer behavior. Requirements: 5+ years iGaming CRM experience, Bachelor’s in Marketing, excellent customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, sales/marketing software knowledge, flexible for shifts.
